Who supervises your work?

You do. We work only for attorneys and law firms, under your direction. You review and approve everything before it goes to a client, a lender or the court.

Do you work with the public?

No. We work exclusively for attorneys and law firms. We can't give legal advice or prepare legal documents for individuals.

Is there a minimum?

No minimum. Send us one file or a whole month's worth. Volume discounts are available for attorneys who send us files regularly.

How fast is turnaround?

Most requests are turned around within a few hours.

How do you bill?

Closings are invoiced per file when the file closes; hourly work is invoiced monthly. Payment is due within 15 days by ACH or check.
